Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy was last updated on 20/04/2025.

Thank you for purchasing at Forwardpath Technologies. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the subscription of our application within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the date of your receipt of our subscription confirmation email.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement. The easiest way to do so is to contact our support.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you.

This reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Non-Refundable Items

No refund will be issued for cancellation requests received after 14 days.

Certain types of items are non-refundable. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Subscription renewal after the initial 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
  • In-app purchases or digital content that has been delivered.
  • Products that fall into the category of digital products, services, or intellectual property that can be freely copied by the customer.

This non-refundability is because once a digital delivery has been made, there is nothing to stop you from copying our products and continuing to use them after a refund.

Exceptions

Certain situations allow for special consideration when a refund is requested. We reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion.

Examples might include exceptional circumstances where the app is manifestly unusable (e.g., a critical bug which we are unable to fix) or where there has been a reasonable misunderstanding of the app's functionality.
